Associate Dean of Students and Executive Director of Health Services

Dr. Randy Jones oversees all aspects of the Dr. Bob Smith Health Center at ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ and brings with him a wealth of health services experience and leadership. Dr. Jones previously held the position of Assistant Dean for Admissions and Student Affairs in the College of Dentistry at the University of Oklahoma. He received his B.A. from Phillips University (Enid, OK), and holds both a DDS and Masters of Public Health in Health Administration and Policy from the University of Oklahoma.

Dr. Davis is board certified in and has a certificate of added qualification in . He is the team physician for ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ Athletics and has hospital affiliations at Texas Health Presbyterian - Dallas and Baylor University Medical Center. He attended medical school at the University of Kansas and then trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama Hospital. He also completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at UT Southwestern and Methodist Hospitals of Dallas. Dr. Davis is married with 3 children.

Director of Nursing and Administration

Diane joined the Health Center staff in May 2013. She has diverse experience working in critical care and has many years of hospital and clinic administration. She is married with two children. She enjoys walking her yellow Labrador named Buddy. Also enjoys travel, skiing, and attending school events. She has a passion for nursing and loves working with college students.

Director of Pharmacy

BS: Pharmacy, University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma

Stephanie joined Dr. Bob Smith Health Center as Director of Pharmacy in August. She brings extensive pharmacy leadership experience, having served as Director of Pharmacy for a national food and drug chain and District Pharmacy Supervisor for a major retail chain. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, coffee, exploring new recipes, and weekends with her husband and daughter. At ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ, Stephanie’s goal is to help students feel confident in their health and medications, ensuring they leave with knowledge, support, and a strong foundation for success.

Director of Counseling Services
Psychologist

Dr. Marsh-Bell graduated from Southern University and A&M College with a bachelor’s in Psychology and from Nova Southeastern University with a masters and doctorate in Clinical Psychology.  She completed her internship at the Children’s Assessment Center in Houston, where she worked with victims of physical and sexual violence.

Dr. Marsh-Bell has a long history of providing mental health services to college students. She most recently served as the Associate Athletic Director for Mental Health Services at Baylor University, after transitioning from the position of Assistant Director of Diversity and Community Programming in the counseling center.  She is excited to continue working with the college student population. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and has presented at the Association for University and College Counseling Center Directors Conference and the Association of Applied Sports Psychology Conference.
