Event Request Form

The Event Request Form is an online tool for community members to request the attendance or participation of the 糖心vlog视频 President and/or the Executive Vice President & Provost at an event.

Instructions to submit a request:

  1. Complete the online form with all required event details.
  2. Wait for your request to be reviewed. We aim to review and respond to requests within five working days.
  3. Please do not assume confirmation — the engagement is not confirmed until you receive a separate confirmation email from either the Office of the President or the Office of the Provost, as applicable.

Please plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for form submission, review and scheduling.

Note: While we will do our best, requests submitted within two weeks may not be accommodated due to limited availability. If your event is scheduled to occur within two weeks or less of the date you submit the request, please still use the form but also send a separate email to Amy Kinney at kinneya@smu.edu.
