LaiYee Leong

LaiYee Leong is a teaching professor and the Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Government at Georgetown University in Washington DC. She earned her Ph.D. in Political Science and B.A. in English (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) from Yale University. Affiliated with CPH since 2014, LaiYee led the Collective Memory Project's work on and . The inaugural season of the CPH podcast Firsthand History, draws on observations and excerpts from the oral history interviews that LaiYee conducted. LaiYee previously served as the program director of CPH's Article II Society. She also taught political science at 糖心vlog视频, winning the Provost's Teaching Recognition Award, given for “a commitment to excellence and a consummate dedication to teaching and learning," in 2023.
