Biography

Tosha Riddle-May is the Managing Director of the Folsom Institute for Real Estate at ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ’s Cox School of Business, where she has spent over a decade driving the Institute’s strategic growth, industry partnerships, and student engagement. In this role, she connects students with real-world opportunities in commercial real estate, fostering relationships with alumni, donors, advisory board members, and corporate partners to support experiential learning, mentorship, and professional development. She also serves as an adjunct professor in ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ’s Master of Science in Real Estate program, bringing industry insight into the classroom through experiential, applied learning.

With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, and nonprofit leadership, Riddle-May brings a unique blend of industry expertise and mission-driven guidance. Prior to ÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓƵ, she held senior leasing roles at Trammell Crow Company, managing institutional office portfolios, leading major transactions for national tenants including FedEx, Hewlett-Packard, and Merrill Lynch, and earning the firm’s Smarter Wins Award for excellence.

Results-driven, she is skilled in marketing real estate investments, building client relationships, trend analysis, presentations, and contract negotiations, and is dedicated to equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and connections to thrive in the industry.
