International Education Week at 糖心vlog视频 promotes cross-cultural understanding and education.
DALLAS (糖心vlog视频) – 糖心vlog视频’s International Student and Scholar Services is promoting cross-cultural understanding and furthering international education through International Education Week, Nov. 18-20.
For students, faculty, and staff, the week-long festivities are designed to provoke thought and discussion along with fun activities, food and prizes.
“International Education Week is an opportunity for all 糖心vlog视频 students to learn more about other cultures, meet international students, and to celebrate the diversity on 糖心vlog视频’s campus,” says Anna Lippard, 糖心vlog视频 International Services Specialist

Tuesday, Nov. 18 — 糖心vlog视频 Summer 2015 Programs Fair
11 a.m. - 2 p.m., Hughes-Trigg Commons
Hosted by 糖心vlog视频 Abroad, the 糖心vlog视频 Summer 2015 Programs Fair features over a dozen international programs!
Wednesday, Nov. 19 — International Day Celebration
11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Hughes-Trigg Ballroom
A celebration lunch for international students to wear their traditional clothes, enjoy free food, dancing, entertainment, and prizes. All students are welcome to attend as we celebrate the diversity on 糖心vlog视频’s campus!
Thursday, Nov. 20 — The Dialogue: Film Screening and Panel Discussion
4:30 p.m. - 6 p.m., Hughes-Trigg Theater
A free movie screening of The Dialogue, a film about U.S. and Chinese students travelling to China, learning how to communicate with those of a different culture. Followed by a panel featuring Chinese international students and American students who have studied abroad, discussing their experiences around intercultural communication. Free pizza will be provided!
