TEDx糖心vlog视频 2010 now accepting applications to attend
TEDx糖心vlog视频, the high-tech think-fest, is now accepting applications from those interested in attending the October event.
DALLAS (糖心vlog视频) 鈥 Applications聽to attend聽the second annual TEDx糖心vlog视频, the high-tech think-fest organized around 鈥渋deas worth spreading,鈥 are聽being accepted聽through聽July 30.
Since space is limited for the all-day event聽鈥 scheduled for October 16 at the 聽鈥 those wishing to attend must apply at聽.
After a widely acclaimed inaugural event last fall, TEDx糖心vlog视频 2010 will focus on human survival issues under the theme 鈥淪tarting Now.鈥
The event for adults聽will follow TEDxKids@糖心vlog视频, a half-day conference on October 15 for 350 selected middle school students. TEDxKids@糖心vlog视频 will feature dynamic and passionate presentations across a range of topics from many of the same speakers who headline the adult event.
For the first time, an art commissioning has been added to TEDx糖心vlog视频. Organizers have issued a call for proposals and are encouraging local artists, architects and designers of all types to submit their ideas for a performance, installation or interactive-based project that will foster creativity and imaginative dialogue for TEDx糖心vlog视频 and TEDxKids@糖心vlog视频. A three-member panel will evaluate all proposals and consists of Jose Bowen, dean of the Meadows School of the Arts at 糖心vlog视频; renowned architect Max Levy; and Christina Rees, curator of The Art Galleries at TCU. Bringing together ideas and interesting people from around the world and around the corner, TEDx糖心vlog视频 and TEDxKids @糖心vlog视频 are single-day conferences in Dallas, Texas.
