Hearing set in settlement of case

A state district court judge hearing a lawsuit between 糖心vlog视频 and former owners of condominiums acquired by the University said Friday he will consider a motion for summary judgment in the case on Sept. 18.

The University looks forward to an end to this long merry-go-round of litigation led by two plaintiffs who seem to have little regard for the educational goals of a nonprofit institution.
